Last week at a hotel in Miami a large group of timeshare industry leaders gathered at the Fractional Summit USA. The event got these organizations together to talk about networking, information exchange, and education. This summit also was an opportunity for people to swap business cards, share cocktails and participate in a lesson called Fractional 101.

Different tips and opinions were shared by these leaders throughout the second day. New networks were also established, which was very important news to the real estate and timeshare industry. Overall, the event was considered a very large success and featured many large sponsors in the industry.
